EXCELLENT Based on 112 reviews Posted on Tripadvisor Heino LVerified Überwiegend gut bis sehr 👍 Organisation Gut. Posted on Tripadvisor Erica DVerified Everything was fantastic This was an amazing trip. Although the weather was a bit moody, we still had incredible hikes and made time for some wine tasting at a monastery. Tato, our guide, was wonderful, knowledgeable, and always had a plan ready in case the weather didn't hold. The house we stayed in was a family home, the hosts made all the meals and the wine (delicious!), and the rooms were clean and cozy. I am a vegetarian and it was no problem at all to accommodate my needs. Taking this trip was one of my best decisions recently and I am already looking at which one I will book with Trek Georgia next. Also, one of the women who was in our group, was a return customer and this was her third trip with this company. If you are thinking about it, do it.Posted on Tripadvisor LisaBVerified Three amazing days in Kazbegi with the best guide we could have asked for (Misha) We spent three unforgettable days hiking in the Kazbegi region, and this was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip to Georgia. Our itinerary included the breathtaking hike from Juta to Chaukhi Lake near Chaukhi Pass, the spectacular trek from Gergeti Trinity Church to the Kazbek Meteorological Station, and the beautiful walk through Truso Valley. Every day offered incredible scenery, and everything was flawlessly organized. A special thank you goes to Misha, who made the entire experience exceptional. He is one of the best mountain guides we have ever had. He was kind, patient, and always adapted the pace to suit us, making sure we enjoyed every moment without ever feeling rushed. He paid attention to every detail, anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, and always made sure we were comfortable and safe. He also accommodated every request with a smile and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. On top of being an excellent guide, he is also a fantastic driver, which made all the transfers comfortable and stress-free. We truly felt we were in the best possible hands throughout the entire tour. We would also like to thank Dimitri, who organized everything behind the scenes. From the very first message until the end of the trip, he was incredibly responsive, always replying almost immediately and making sure every detail was taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and reliability gave us complete confidence that everything would run smoothly—and it absolutely did. Finally, we loved staying at Suja Guest House. It felt much more like staying with a family than at a guest house. Everyone welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, and we immediately felt at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The homemade Georgian food was absolutely delicious, generous, and authentic, and we especially loved the excellent homemade wine. Every meal was something to look forward to. The hosts treated us like part of the family, and their kindness made our stay even more memorable. As an Italian father and daughter who love hiking, good food, and authentic travel experiences, we can honestly say this was one of the best trips we have ever taken together. If even two Italians are praising both the food and the wine, you can be sure they were outstanding! This entire experience exceeded our expectations in every possible way. If you’re looking for an authentic hiking adventure in Georgia with stunning landscapes, outstanding organization, and truly wonderful people, look no further. We couldn’t recommend this tour more highly—it is the kind of experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.Posted on Tripadvisor RTW FamilyVerified Breathtaking Trek with TrekGeorgia Our family of 4 (parents in 50s and kids in 20s) just completed the 8 day (6 days of hiking) TrekGeorgia guided trip in the Svaneti region and recommend it with enthusiasm and without reservation. The trip is very well-organized and the logistics were seamless; the guesthouses were clean with warm showers and hardy local food;; scenery and hiking to rival the Alps (and at a fraction of the cost with a fraction of the people); and a friendly, knowledgeable, experienced guide who put our safety first. Our group of 9 (from US, Russia, Germany, UK, aged 19-60) bonded as well. You do not need technical skills, but you need to be in decent shape and willing to hike 4 to 9 hours a day, including steep stretches. An exceptional experience in unspoiled natural beauty with a top rate organization.Posted on Tripadvisor Lisa SVerified Great Experience - Highly recommend We did the tour in early June. We were three women from Germany and Dimitri (Dito) was our guide. Everything was very well organised. The communication beforehand was always reliable and quick. Dimitri was very professional, answered all our questions and was always quick to adjust to our wishes and needs. He taught us a lot about Georgian culture and knows the area very well. And Dito if you're reading this by any chance, here is the link to the German song about potatoes 🥔 :) https://open.spotify.com/track/2Se8LRIhNHYEci7D1mgkXm?si=dpy9aIgJRx2wopQ70agmcg We would highly recommend this operator and would be very happy to go on another tour with them.Posted on Tripadvisor Andy SVerified Wonderful Hikes! Wonderful experience. We hike a lot in the French Alps and the hiking ( they cater for all levels) was good and challenging. Great vibe and energy in the group. Enjoyed every part of the tour.Posted on Tripadvisor Matthew FVerified Excellent Tbilisi to Gudauri group transfer service My friends and I were very grateful to Dimitri and Karen for organising our transfers from Tbilisi to Gudauri and back. The van was luxurious, clean and most helpfully when someone in our group left their headphones on the bus, Karen (the driver) arranged for them to be returned to us.Posted on Tripadvisor Nic BVerified TrekGeorgia led by Tato Great tour, great guide(s), great fun, great memories - thank you. The weather was changeable but the scenery was still beautiful, the challenges were manageable and the companionship always warm and knowledgeable - thank you Tato and Katrina for introducing us to your beautiful country 🙏Posted on Tripadvisor Jeremy MVerified The best! We were a group of experienced hikers and were lucky enough to be guided by Tato and Katrina. It was a 5 day hike, quite demanding at times, and with variable weather conditions. The guides were super professional, explained all aspects of the conditions and terrain and were careful to support all our various requests. Good language skills, kind and passionate: the best!Posted on Tripadvisor Maria DVerified It's a 10 out of 10 I’d like to share my experience after joining two tours organized by TreKGeorgia Travel Tours (September-25). I really appreciated the great organization and professionalism on both trips. The guides were fantastic—attentive to every detail and caring about everyone’s well-being. I especially noticed their punctuality and how well they knew the area, which made our routes safe and full of cultural and scenic highlights. The places we stayed at were just right for the kind of adventure we wanted—offering a good mix of comfort and local authenticity that made the experience even better. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend TrekGeorgia to anyone wanting to explore Georgia with a reliable and dedicated team. Thanks a lot for your attention and effort. I’ll be back for sure because Georgia is a beautiful country I want to keep exploring.
